What you could build · Gaming

From a game launch to a creator shortlist.

Start with a game your customers care about. Bring together related content, creator profiles, and audience analysis to help them decide who belongs on the shortlist.

  1. Game(Search games)
  2. Related content(List content for a game)
  3. Creator context(Get multiple profiles · Get audience analysis)
  4. Your shortlist(Your ranking and interface)
Example application using Streamforge data. Your product provides the interface and selection logic. Game-content lookups support Twitch and YouTube.

Find who is covering the game

Search a title by name, Minecraft for example, and get its IGDB record with the matching Twitch and YouTube IDs. List the streams and videos tied to that game, filter them by content type and date range, and sort by views or peak viewers.

Add creator and audience context

Fetch the profiles behind that content in one batch request. Bring in creator analysis and estimated audience demographics, interests, community health, and brand-safety signals to assess fit for the campaign.

Make the shortlist your own

Apply your own selection rules and show the content and audience context behind each pick.

Explore game data and content

A clear path from evaluation to integration.

Check the coverage. Explore the docs. Scope the data your product needs.

Explore before you build

Read the public documentation for supported endpoints, authentication, and examples. See how the API fits your workflow before arranging access.

Work with your existing creator lists

Resolve creator handles to profile IDs, then fetch profiles or content through batch endpoints, with cursor pagination for longer lists. Use the API to enrich the creator data your product already holds.

Know when the data was updated

Refresh timing varies by source, platform, creator, and field. Read updated_at on the record instead of assuming one universal cadence.

Scope the integration with us

Bring your use case, required platforms, and expected volume. We'll work through the endpoints and access plan with you.

Streamforge API documentation

Before you build

Questions about the API.

What you can access, how to interpret it, and how to get started.

What does the Streamforge API return?

Programmatic access to the creator and content data behind Workflow and Intelligence: creator profiles, audience analysis, and published content with its engagement history.

What can we build with the Streamforge API?

Use creator profiles, content metrics, and audience analysis to build discovery tools, creator-evaluation workflows, and reporting into your own product. Your team supplies the interface, search, and ranking logic. If you want a ready-to-use platform, explore Streamforge Workflow or Intelligence.

Which platforms does the API cover?

YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and X. Supported platforms and fields vary by endpoint; the documentation specifies the coverage for each operation.

How fresh is the data?

Freshness depends on the source, platform, creator, and field. Streamforge does not treat every field as universally daily; the right interpretation depends on what was measured and when it was observed. Records carry timestamps such as updated_at. Read them to see when a profile or analysis was updated rather than assuming a universal cadence, and check the fields that matter to your decision.

How is audience data derived?

Creator analysis combines directly supported evidence from creator profiles, published content, and other public web sources with model-inferred qualitative details. Streamforge has benchmarked its audience-analysis technique against first-party audience data from the platforms and found it to be highly accurate.

How should we interpret audience data?

Audience insights are estimates, built for comparing creators and planning campaigns. Use them alongside a creator's profile and content data when you decide who fits.

Can we work with game-specific content?

Streamforge uses IGDB as its source of truth for game and genre metadata, then applies proprietary techniques to connect that taxonomy to creators and content across social platforms. Game-content lookups support Twitch and YouTube. Combine the content with creator profiles and audience analysis in your application.

How do we get access?
